We help Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Dietitians and Chiropractors achieve multi 6 to 7 figures per month with few staff, happy patients and great results!

Good morning my friends.
I hope you’re doing fantastic.
I just got home from the gym and I’ve been sitting here for the last 10 minutes staring at something we built… and I had one thought:
Healthcare professionals are playing the wrong game online.
Everyone is asking:
Should I build a course?
Should I start a membership?
Should I sell an ebook?
Should I start YouTube?
Should I do TikTok?
And I’m going to tell you what I believe is the fastest way to make it online in 2026.
Apps.
Not courses.
Not another 8-module training.
Apps.
If you don’t build at least five no-code apps in 2026, you’re going to miss it.
Now before you roll your eyes…
Let me explain.
When I used to run my clinic, if I had three evaluations on a Monday, my brain would automatically go into “plan of care” mode.
First we reduce pain.
Then we restore motion.
Then we build strength.
Then we return to sport.
Six to twelve problems per patient.
Short-term goals.
Long-term goals.
Milestones.
That’s how we’re trained.
Solve everything.
Be everything.
Fix everything.
But online?
That doesn’t work.
Online you solve:
One problem. For one group of people.
That’s it.
One.
And apps force you to think that way.
One of my clients runs solutions-based offers.
She told me, “It’s hard to track where people are. Are they on visit 4? Visit 6? Did they sign up for 30 days? 60 days?”
So instead of telling her to “figure it out”…
I built her a clinic check-in tracker app.
One problem:
Tracking patient visits and compliance.
One group:
Providers using solutions-based offers.
That’s it.
The app allows patients to check in.
It color-codes visits.
It gamifies compliance.
Done.
Another client? Pediatric progress tracking.
Another? Home exercise engagement.
Another? Discipline tracker.
Another? Food explorer tracker for toddlers.
Each one solves one problem.
And here’s the crazy part…
I didn’t sit there coding for months.
I used AI to outline what I wanted.
Four sentences.
It gave me structure.
I built it.
And now?
It can be published to the app store.
Do you understand what that means?
The traffic is already there.
You don’t need to dance on TikTok.
You don’t need to post 7 reels a day.
You don’t need to be the face.
You can build infrastructure.
Courses require:
You on camera
Long recording days
Endless editing
Constant launching
Apps?
They’re utilities.
They solve something small and specific.
They run 24/7.
They don’t require you to “show up.”
They are 168 vehicles.
They work while you sleep.
And most healthcare professionals won’t do this.
Why?
Because it feels different.
Because it feels technical.
Because they think they need to “learn to code.”
You don’t.
The barrier is mental, not technical.
If you love seeing patients from 8 to 6.
If you’re cool with trading time for money.
If you’re fine with your current income ceiling.
Then this post isn’t for you.
But if the idea of being in the same place one year from now makes you nauseous…
If you want to make more money in condensed time…
If you want assets instead of more hours…
Then you need to understand what’s happening.
The online product of 2026 is apps.
Small.
Focused.
Specific.
Problem-solving tools.
Not bloated programs.
Not “20 bonus modules.”
One problem.
One group.
One solution.
People don’t want more information.
They want functionality.
They want something that helps them do the thing.
Track the thing.
Measure the thing.
Improve the thing.
Apps do that.
And the people who build these simple utilities for specific niches?
They’re going to quietly win.
No viral moment.
No massive following.
Just leverage.
Start thinking differently.
Instead of asking:
“What course should I build?”
Ask:
“What tiny problem do my people deal with every day?”
And then build something that solves just that.
One.
That’s how you build five.
That’s how you build leverage.
That’s how you stop trading hours for dollars.
This is why I’m showing people how to do this in my online masterclasses every other week.
Because the opportunity is wide open right now.
But it won’t stay that way forever.
Build assets.
Stop building busyness.
And if you want to see exactly how I’m doing this — step by step — then come to the next masterclass and I’ll show you.
We’re not waiting until 2030.
2026 is now.
Let’s move.
